Félix Valencia Makasiar (November 20, 1915 – February 19, 1992) was the 14th Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the Philippines, serving in that capacity for four months in 1985. His 85-day stint as Chief Justice, abbreviated only because of the rule requiring mandatory retirement upon reaching the age of 70, was the second-shortest such tenure in Philippine history. Prior to his promotion as Chief Justice, Makasiar had served for 15 years as an Associate Justice.

Makasiar werd op 25 juli 1985 aangesteld door president Ferdinand Marcos als opvolger van Enrique Fernando. Enkele maanden later moest Makasiar echter alweer aftreden, omdat hij de voor rechters verplichte pensioenleeftijd van 70 jaar bereikt had. Voor zijn benoeming tot opperrechter was Makasiar al 15 jaar rechter van het hooggerechtshof. In 1970, vlak voor zijn aanstelling als rechter in het hooggerechtshof, was hij bovendien nog enkele maanden minister van justitie in het kabinet van Marcos.
