Fiona Raby (born 1963) is a British artist and University Professor of Design and Social Inquiry at The New School. She served as professor of Industrial Design at the University of Applied Arts Vienna. She was also a member of the research and teaching staff at the Royal College of Art (RCA) from 1994 to 2015. She left to focus on her partnership with Dunne & Raby. Her work, in collaboration with partner Anthony Dunne, is part of the Museum of Modern Art's (MoMA) permanent collection.

Fiona Raby studierte Architektur an der Birmingham School of Architecture, dann am Royal College of Art und schloss ihr Studium des gleichfalls dort ab. Sie arbeitete an Themen zu sozialen, kulturellen und ethischen Implikationen vorhandener und sich entwickelnder Technologien und nahm 1993 an der ersten Überblicksausstellung zum britischen Design unter Leitung von Helmut Diez teil. Nach dem Studium arbeitete sie für in Tokio, arbeitete mit Pierre d'Avoine an japanischem „Außenmöbeln“, nahm an Ausstellungen im Moma und im Centre Pompidou in Paris teil, ebenso wie im Design Museum von London. Dunne und Raby sind Gründungsmitglieder des Computer Related Design Studios am Royal College of Arts. 2015 erhielten Fiona Raby und Anthony Dunne den ersten Media Lab Award für ihr kritisches Design und dessen Überschneidungen mit Wissenschaften, Technologie, Kunst und den Geisteswissenschaften, was nach Aussage der Verleiher die Ausbildungs- und Praxisseite des Designs weltweit verändert hat. In 2001, she was shortlisted for the Perrier-Jouet design prize. With partner Anthony Dunne, Fiona moved their teaching practice from the Royal College of Art (RCA) to Parsons in New York. The duo have been appointed professors of Design and Emerging Technology at The New School, which encompasses Parsons School of Design. (en)
