Florida's 4th congressional district is a congressional district in northeastern Florida, encompassing Nassau and parts of Duval and St. Johns counties. The district is currently represented by Republican John Rutherford. Rutherford was elected to the seat in 2016. As part of the 2020 redistricting cycle, the district was redrawn to include Clay County and exclude St. Johns County. Rutherford was redistricted into the 5th district, and Republican state senator Aaron Bean was elected to be the district's representative in the 2022 election.
