Fylakio (Greek: Φυλάκιο) is a village in the Evros regional unit of northeast Greece. Fylakio is in the municipal unit of Kyprinos. In 2011 the population of Fylakio was 595 for the village and 971 for the community, including the villages Ammovouno and Keramos. It is located on the right bank of the river Ardas, about halfway between Ivaylovgrad (Bulgaria) and Edirne (Turkey).

Παλαιότερα ονομαζόταν Σεϊμενλί.Οι περισσότεροι κάτοικοι του είναι πρόσφυγες Γκαγκαβουζήδες. Οι Γκαγκαβούζηδες καταγόταν από τα χωριά της Ανατολικής Θράκης Δίδυμο (Ολ Πασιά), Νίκη (Χάφσα), Νιόβη (Καρακασήμ), Κρασοχώρι (Σαραμπλαρ), Άγιος Γεώργιος και Σοφίδες. Οι Γκαγκαβούζηδες εγκαταστάθηκαν το 1923 κατά την ανταλλαγή των πληθυσμών. Το υπόλοιπο 30% του πληθυσμού προερχόταν από τη Βόρεια Θράκη. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, από τα χωριά Ορτάκιοϊ, Γαϊδουροχώρι και Κοζούλτζια. (el)
