Guglielmo Embriaco (Latin Guillermus Embriacus, Genoese Ghigærmo de ri Embrieghi, English William the Drunkard; born c. 1040), was a Genoese merchant and military leader who came to the assistance of the Crusader States in the aftermath of the First Crusade. Embriaco is considered one of the founders of what would become the Republic of Genoa.

Zwischen 1102 und 1110 findet Wilhelm als Konsul von Genua Erwähnung. 1103/04 war er Kommandeur einer genuesischen Flotte und unterstützte den Kreuzfahrer Raimund von St.-Gilles bei der Eroberung des Umlandes von Tripolis, insbesondere bei der Eroberung von Gibelet. Als Gegenleistung erhielten die Genuesen ein Drittel Gibelets. (de) Guilherme Embriaco (Guglielmo Embriaco em italiano), cognominado Cabeça de Macete (nascido em Génova, a c.1040) foi um mercador e condotiero da República de Génova que teve um papel de destaque no estabelecimento dos estados cruzados no Levante. Provavelmente nascido no final da década de 1030, notabilizou-se quando, acompanhado do seu irmão Primo di Castello em uma expedição privada, aportou em Jafa em Junho de 1099 com uma esquadra de galés: duas, segundo os Annales do cronista genovês Caffaro di Rustico da Caschifellone, seis ou nove segundo Raimundo de Aguilers.
