Bernard Auguste Rives, known as Gustave Rives (1858–1926), was a French architect of the late 19th and early 20th centuries who designed residential, institutional, and commercial buildings in France in a style described as "opulent eclecticism." He organized many popular auto and aeronautical shows in Paris before the First World War.

  • Gustave Rives (né Bernard Auguste Rives le 16 septembre 1858 et mort le 28 janvier 1926) est l’un des grands architectes français de la fin du XIXe et du début du XXe siècles. Nommé architecte en chef des bâtiments civils de la ville de Paris et des Palais nationaux, il est surtout créateur d'immeubles de rapport et de bâtiments commerciaux et publics dont le style est qualifié, à cette époque, d'« éclecticisme opulent ». Gustave Rives est à l'origine des premiers Salons de l'automobile et des Salons aéronautiques organisés avant la Première Guerre Mondiale. (fr)
