The Haltern Hills (German: Halterner Berge) comprise the three ridges of (146 m), (133 m) and (154 m) located respectively northwest, east and south of the German town of Haltern am See in Westphalia. They are the only submontane subunit in the major natural region of Westmünsterland, and are found in the southeast of the region. Immediately to the east is the southwestern part of the Kernmünsterland, also part of the Westphalian Lowland. The Haltern Hills, including the valleys that separate them, have an area of 283 km² in the southeast of the .

Unmittelbar östlich schließt sich der Südwesten des Kernmünsterlandes an, ebenfalls Teil der Haupteinheitengruppe Westfälische Bucht. Die höchste Erhebung der Halterner Berge ist der Stimberg (156,9 m) in der Haard. Getrennt sind die drei Höhenzüge durch die Täler der Fließgewässer Lippe (Nordbegrenzung der Haard zu den beiden anderen Höhenzügen) sowie Halterner Mühlenbach und Stever-Mündungslauf (Ostbegrenzung der Hohen Mark zu den Borkenbergen) mit Halterner Stausee.
