Heinz Valk (birth name Heinrich Valk; born March 7, 1936 in Gatchina) is an Estonian artist, caricaturist and politician. He is credited for coining the term "Singing Revolution" (Estonian: laulev revolutsioon) and its slogan "One day, no matter what, we will win!" (Estonian: Ükskord me võidame niikuinii!) some of the most famous sentences from the end of the 1980s and beginning of the 1990s, to describe Estonia's struggle for regaining independence from the Soviet Union in the early 1990s.

Dne 11. září 1988 na Festivalu estonské písně před asi 300 000 lidmi svůj projev ukončil heslem: „Jednoho dne stejně zvítězíme!“ (estonsky „Ükskord me võidame niikuinii!“). To se stalo jedním ze symbolů Zpívající revoluce. V letech 1994–2009 byl členem Estonské strany středu. Je podruhé ženatý, má tři dcery a žije v tallinnské městské části Nõmme. I ve vyšším věku se veřejně vyjadřuje k politickým událostem ve světě. (cs)
