Helen Va'aga (born 11 August 1977) is a former New Zealand rugby union player. She made her Black Ferns debut against Germany at the 2002 Women's Rugby World Cup. Va'aga featured for the Black Ferns against the World XV in 2003 and against England in 2005. She was part of the Black Ferns squad that won the 2006 Women's Rugby World Cup. She coached the in 2009.
