Henry Richard Kranzler (born February 11, 1950) is Professor of Psychiatry and Director of the Center for Studies of Addiction at the Perelman School of Medicine of the University of Pennsylvania, where he has worked since 2010. He previously taught at the University of Connecticut. His research focuses on addiction medicine, especially genetic and pharmacological aspects of alcoholism and other substance use disorders. He is the editor-in-chief of Alcoholism: Clinical and Experimental Research.
