Henry Reginald Courtenay (8 June 1714 – 30 April 1763) of Aldershot, Hampshire, was an English politician. He was the second surviving son of Sir William Courtenay, 2nd Baronet of Powderham Castle, Devon and the younger brother of William Courtenay, 1st Viscount Courtenay. He was educated at Westminster School and Magdalen College, Oxford. He was a Member (MP) of the Parliament of Great Britain for Honiton in 1741–1747 and 1754–30 April 1763.
