Hermopolis (Greek: Ἑρμοῦ πόλις), also known as Hermopolis Parva, was the Greek name for two cities in ancient Egypt. One was the capital of Tehuti, the 15th nome of Lower Egypt, situated a little below Thmuis (Strabo xvii. p. 802; Steph. B. s. v.). The site is currently at near . The ancient Egyptian names of this city were Ba'h and Weprehwy or Rehehui. The other Hermopolis Parva was the capital of the 7th nome of Lower Egypt, and is now known as Damanhur. The ancient Egyptian name of this city was A-ment or Iment.

* Tell al-Naqus (Turó de la campana), on probablement hi havia la ciutat i el temple de Thoth; en aquest lloc es va trobar una columna amb algunes altres restes, i els fonaments d'un tancat de 350 per 384 metres; entre les inscripcions els noms dels faraons Psamètic I Wahibre i Àpries Haaibre, i fragments d'una estàtua d'Ahmose II Khnemibre. No s'han trobat restes anteriors a l'imperi nou.
* Tell al-Zereiki, on probablement era la necròpolis de la ciutat, on s'ha trobat un cementiri. (ca)
