Hideko Mogami (Japanese: 最上英子, 9 December 1902 – 16 October 1966) was a Japanese politician. She was one of the first group of women elected to the House of Representatives in 1946, and remained a member until 1949. She later served in the House of Councillors from 1953 to 1965 and as Deputy Secretary of State for Postal Affairs in 1957–1958.
