Humanitarian Law Center (HLC) (Serbian: Fond za Humanitarno pravo, Albanian: Fondi për të Drejtën Humanitare) is a non-governmental organisation with offices in Belgrade, Serbia, and Pristina, Kosovo. It was founded in 1992 by Nataša Kandić to document human rights violations across the former Yugoslavia in armed conflicts in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and, later, Kosovo. HLC was nominated together with Natasha Kandich for the Nobel Prize in 2018.
