International trading tax stamp is kind of revenue stamps that were used in the Soviet Union in the 1920s and 1930s for taxation of the trade in stamps. The latter were considered a commodity for which philatelists could be taxed. This type of taxation was introduced by the Soviet government in addition to revenue it collected from stamp sales. International trading tax stamps were issued by the Posledgol Central Commission of VTsIK, the Organisation of the Commissioner for Philately and Scripophily and, later, by the Soviet Philatelic Association.

Por decisión de Comité Ejecutivo Central de Todas Las Rusias (1917–1936) y el consejo de Commisarios del pueblo fechada 21 de septiembre de 1922 para los coleccionistas se establecía colecciones especiales durante el intercambio foráneo de material filatélico. TsK [Posledgola] con VTsIK (del ruso: ВЦИК) se permitió en relación con esta emisión de estampillas para control. TsK [Posledgol] comenzó a preparar la emisión de estampillas de tres valores, los que habían sido prepagados sobre la tarifa postal del paquete con materiales filatélicos insertos en él.
