Italy–Portugal relations are the current and historical relations between the Italian Republic and the Portuguese Republic. Both nations are members of the Council of Europe, European Union, NATO, Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, Union for the Mediterranean and the United Nations.

- Die italienisch-portugiesischen Beziehungen beschreiben das zwischenstaatliche Verhältnis zwischen Italien und Portugal. Bereits seit der Vereinigung Italiens 1861 unterhalten die Länder direkte diplomatische Beziehungen. Die Beziehungen beider Länder reichen bis in die Zeit des Römischen Reichs zurück. Verbindendes Glied ist heute insbesondere die gemeinsame Mitgliedschaft in der EU, dem Schengen-Raum und der Eurozone, aber auch in der NATO, der OECD, der Organisation für Sicherheit und Zusammenarbeit in Europa (OSZE) und dem Europarat, der Lateinischen Union, der Welthandelsorganisation, der Weltbank und den verschiedenen UN-Organisationen. Zudem hat Italien seit 2018 Beobachterstatus in der Gemeinschaft der Portugiesischsprachigen Länder. Der bilaterale Handel, die gegenseitigen Einwanderergemeinden und ein intensiver Kulturaustausch sind ebenfalls zu nennen, zudem besteht ein reger gegenseitiger Fremdenverkehr.
