John Henry Kubiszyn (born December 19, 1936) is an American former professional baseball player. A shortstop, he appeared in the Major Leagues for parts of two seasons for the Cleveland Indians (1961–1962), playing in 25 games both seasons. The Buffalo, New York, native threw and batted right-handed, stood 5 feet 11 inches (1.80 m) tall and weighed 170 pounds (77 kg). Jack Kubiszyn settled in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, after leaving baseball, where he founded an insurance agency and served on the city council during the 1990s.
