The Jaeger Hills (75°30′S 65°40′W / 75.500°S 65.667°W) are a group of hills and nunataks, rising to about 1,000 metres (3,300 ft) and running northeast–southwest for 24 miles (39 km) between Matthews Glacier and McCaw Ridge on the Orville Coast of Palmer Land, Antarctica. The feature was mapped by the United States Geological Survey (USGS) from surveys and U.S. Navy aerial photographs, 1961–67. It was visited in 1977–78 by a USGS geological party, led by , and named after Commander , U.S. Navy, Commanding Officer of Antarctic Development Squadron Six, 1977–78, and command pilot of the LC-130 aircraft in support of the USGS party.

Sie ragen bis zu 1000 m hoch in nordost-südwestlicher Ausdehnung über eine Länge von rund 40 km zwischen dem Matthews-Gletscher und dem McCaw Ridge auf. Der United States Geological Survey (USGS) kartierte die Gruppe anhand eigener Vermessungen und Luftaufnahmen der United States Navy aus den Jahren von 1961 bis 1967. Eine vom Geologen Peter Dewitt Rowley (* 1943) geleitete Mannschaft des USGS besuchte die Gruppe zwischen 1977 und 1978. Namensgeber ist James Walter Jaeger, Leiter der Navy-Flugstaffel VXE-6 zu dieser Zeit und Pilot einer LC-130 Hercules zur logistischen Unterstützung der Mannschaft. (de)
