Major Sir Jocelyn Morton Lucas, 4th Baronet, KBE, MC (27 August 1889 – 2 May 1980) was a British Conservative Party politician. He was elected as the Member of Parliament for Portsmouth South in a by-election in 1939 and held the seat until he retired at the 1966 general election. Prior to his election he had been the Portsmouth District Officer for Sir Oswald Mosley's British Union of Fascists.
