  • Justo Antonio Olagibel Kintana (Gasteiz, Araba, 1752ko abuztuaren 7a - Gasteiz, 1818ko otsailaren 10a) Euskal Herriko arkitekto neoklasiko garrantzitsuena izan zen. Etxegile-familia batekoa, Gasteizko Irudigintza Eskolan eta Madrilgo San Fernando Errege Akademian garatu zituen arkitektura ikasketak. Gasteiza itzuli berritan, Plaza Berria eraikitzeko eskaera jaso zuen, hiriko arkitekturan jomuga izan zena eta hiriaren garapen berria hasi zuena. Plazak Madrilgo eta Salamancako errege plazak baino handiagoa izan behar zuen, behe solairuan saltokiak eduki eta zamalanak ahalbidetu. Gainera, udaletxe berria bertan izan behar zuen, eta Alde Zaharraren sestra-desberdintasuna kontuan hartu. Horretarako eraiki zuen Arkupea, hiri zaharra eta berria lotzeko ibiltoki estalia eskaintzen duten etxebizitz (eu)
