Biber was named as one of Marie Claire's 50 most influential women in America in 2015. Biber received her B.A. from George Washington University in 2000 and her J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2004. After law school, she was a law clerk for Judge Timothy Tymkovich on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit in Denver, Colorado. She is married and has two young boys. (en)
