Ken Horn (born July 10, 1959) is an American politician from the state of Michigan. A Republican, Horn has represented the 32nd district of the Michigan Senate since 2015. He is also a former member of the Michigan House of Representatives for the 94th District (encompassing part of Saginaw County) from 2007 through 2012. Horn received his bachelor's degree from Concordia University, Ann Arbor. He is the son of immigrants from the former East Germany and resides in Frankenmuth.
