Joseph-Léo Kemner Laflamme, KC (30 August 1893 – 10 August 1989) was a Liberal member of the House of Commons of Canada. He was born in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, United States, the son of Edmund K. Laflamme and Célina Blais. Laflamme moved to Canada in 1898 and was educated at Commercial College in Montmagny, the Quebec Seminary and at Université Laval where he attained a Bachelor of Arts. He was appointed King's Counsel in 1930 and was a Crown attorney in 1935 and 1940. Laflamme also partially owned the Levis newspaper La Laurentienne.
