The Labour-Farmer Party (労働農民党, Rōdōnōmintō) was a political party in the Empire of Japan. It represented the left-wing sector of the legal proletarian movement at the time. Oyama Ikuo was the chairman of the party. At the time the party was banned by the government in 1928, it was estimated to have around 90,000 members in 131 local organizations. The party was supported by the Hyōgikai trade union federation and the Japan Peasant Union.

Fondé pour prendre la suite du Parti des paysans et des ouvriers (農民労働党, Nōminrōdōtō), dont l'existence n'avait duré que deux heures le 1er décembre 1925 avant d'être interdit par le gouvernement, il est dès ses débuts très proche de membres du Parti communiste japonais (PCJ), qui est illégal. Cette influence du PCJ fait que le parti met en avant la lutte des classes. Il est alors la gauche légale du mouvement ouvrier japonais. À la suite de l'Incident du 15 mars, le parti est dissous. (fr) 노동농민당(일본어: 労 (ろう)働 (どう)農 (のう)民 (みん)党 (とう) 로우도우노우민토우[*])은 전전 일본의 무산정당이다. 약칭 노농당(労農党). 1926년(다이쇼 15년) 3월 5일 창당되었다. 그 전해 12월에 결성된 이 공산주의와 연결되어 있다는 혐의로 당일 금지되어서 노동농민당은 처음에는 좌파를 배제한 형태로 이루어졌다. 중앙집행위원장으로는 위원장이었던 가 취임했다. 그러나 창당 후 지방 지부들이 조직되어가는 과정에서 좌파가 유입되어 친공산주의 입장의 당내 좌파와 반공주의 입장의 당내 우파가 대립했다. 그 결과 12월에 당내 우파가 탈당하여 (위원장 아베 이소오)을 창당하고 중간파가 (위원장 )을 결성함으로써 노동농민당(위원장 )은 좌파가 주도권을 잡게 되었다. 선거 직후 이 대량 검거된 3·15 사건이 일어났다. 공산당 활동가 다수가 노농당에 당적을 가지고 후보로 출마한 것을 빌미로 노농당도 결사금지 처분되었다. 그러나 오야마와 호소사코는 결사금지처분을 받은 직후 “백도해산 백도창당(百度解散・百度結党)”을 내걸고 를 결성하여 노농당 재건을 목표로 하면서 이후 을 창당하게 된다.
