Latifa Labida (Arabic: لطيفة العابدة – born 1953, Ouazzane) is a Moroccan politician. Between 2007 and 2012, she was Secretary of State for Education in the cabinet of Abbas El Fassi. Latifa Labida started her career as a schoolteacher in Rabat's primary schools between 1973 and 1977, then in secondary schools between 1977 and 1985, when she changed career joining the Ministry of Economy and Finance in Rabat as a "finance inspector".

Elle est titulaire d'une licence en sciences économiques et lauréate du cycle supérieur de l'Institut supérieur de commerce et d'administration des entreprises (ISCAE). Elle a entamé sa carrière professionnelle en 1973 comme enseignante, avant de rejoindre en 1985 l'Inspection générale des finances (IGF). Par ailleurs, elle a assumé les fonctions de directrice du patrimoine de 1996 à 1998, de directrice du budget et du contrôle de gestion de 1998 à 2003 et de directrice des ressources humaines et de la formation des cadres depuis septembre 2003.
