Le Refuge (trans. The shelter) is a French association founded in 2003 and whose purpose is to provide temporary shelter and support young adults victims of homophobia and transphobia, especially within their own familial cell.

La sede de la asociación está en Montpellier y posee seis otras delegaciones en otras ciudades francesas. (es)

- La Fondation Le Refuge est une fondation française conventionnée par l'État dont la vocation est d'offrir un hébergement temporaire et un accompagnement social, médical, psychologique et juridique aux jeunes LGBT+ (majeurs et mineurs compris), victimes d'homophobie et de transphobie, y compris dans le cadre de leur propre cellule familiale. Le 1er mars 2021, Michel Suchod est nommé Président de transition de la Fondation. Celui-ci désigne, le 17 mai 2021, Sophie Delannoy directrice du Refuge. (fr)

- La Fondation Le Refuge est une fondation française conventionnée par l'État dont la vocation est d'offrir un hébergement temporaire et un accompagnement social, médical, psychologique et juridique aux jeunes LGBT+ (majeurs et mineurs compris), victimes d'homophobie et de transphobie, y compris dans le cadre de leur propre cellule familiale. Fondée en 2003 à Montpellier, l’association Le Refuge est reconnue d’utilité publique en 2011, avant de devenir, le 14 mars 2020, une Fondation. Elle gère différents dispositifs destinés à accueillir des jeunes (14-25 ans) en rupture familiale, qui ont des difficultés d’acceptation d’eux-mêmes et sont victimes de violences LGBTphobes, ainsi qu'une ligne d’écoute qui fonctionne 24h/24. L'association est plusieurs fois critiquée dans des enquêtes publiées dans des médias nationaux ; Nicolas Noguier et Frédéric Gal démissionnent fin février 2021, après qu'un audit externe confirme les dysfonctionnements dévoilés par Mediapart deux mois auparavant. Certains faits à caractère sexuel font l’objet de poursuites judiciaires. Le 1er mars 2021, Michel Suchod est nommé Président de transition de la Fondation.
