Lily Emilie Grosser (born 2 June 1894 in Frankfurt, Germany; died 20 September 1968 in Saint-Germain-en-Laye, France) was a medal winner for her activism in Germany during World War I and fled to France during World War II where she was granted citizenship. After World War II in France, she became secretary of the French Committee for Exchange with the New Germany and was instrumental in building political and cultural Franco-German relations.
