This is a list of protected areas of Yukon. The Yukon, formerly called Yukon Territory and sometimes referred to as just Yukon is the smallest and westernmost of Canada's three territories. It also is the least populated province or territory in Canada, with a population of 35,874 people as of the 2016 Census.

Die Provinzparks im Yukon werden, abweichend von den meisten anderen kanadischen Provinzen, hier als Territorial Park (englisch) bzw. Parcs territoriaux (französisch) bezeichnet. Neben den bestehenden Parks wird die Einrichtung von vier weiteren Parks vorangetrieben. Die neuen Parks haben mindestens die erste Stufe im Prozess bereits durchlaufen und unterliegen bereits einem erhöhten Schutz. Der Dàadzàii Vàn Territorial Park befindet sich im Endstadium der Einrichtung. Die Parks werden von Yukon Parks, einer Behörde von , verwaltet. - Les parcs territoriaux du Yukon constituent des aires protégées par le gouvernement territorial du Yukon dans l'optique de veiller à la « protection de l'environnement, du patrimoine culturel et des traditions des Premières Nations du territoire et des Inuvialuit ». Ils visent également la protection de vastes paysages de manière à préserver les écosystèmes et permettent la réalisation d'activités récréatives. Au nombre de cinq, les parcs territoriaux du Yukon sont administrés par la direction des parcs du ministère de l'Environnement du territoire, bien que les Premières Nations et les Inuvialuit participent à la gestion de certains parcs.
