Er hat seit Ende der 1960er Jahre bei über fünfzig Filmen Regie geführt und über einhundert Filme produziert, vornehmlich für seine eigene, auf Trash und Splatter abonnierte Low-Budget-Produktionsfirma Troma Entertainment.
