| - Long Road Out of Eden je sedmé studiové album americké skupiny Eagles, vydané v říjnu roku 2007. Jde o první studiové album kapely od roku 1979, kdy vyšla deska The Long Run. Na produkci desky se kromě jiných podílel také Bill Szymczyk, který s kapelou spolupracoval již v minulosti. V hitparádě Billboard 200 se deska umístila na první příčce a stala se multiplatinovou. Si l'on omet les quatre nouveaux titres enregistrés pour l'album live Hell Freezes Over en 1994, c'est le premier album studio du groupe en 28 ans, The Long Run étant sorti en 1979. De ruzie liep destijds hoog op. Ook na hun reünie voor het album Hell Freezes Over duurde het nog een aantal jaren voordat het album er was. De Eagles gaan op hun nieuwe album gewoon verder waar ze toen gebleven waren, bij melodieuze countryrock. Na een lange studiotijd waren de verwachting hooggespannen.
