Lysinia (Ancient Greek: Λυσινία) or Lysinoe (Λυσινόη) was a town in the north of ancient Pisidia and later assigned to Pamphylia. Hierocles has the name as Lysenara (Λυσήναρα). It was located on the south of the Ascania Lacus, and west of Sagalassus. It became the seat of a bishop; no longer a residential bishopric, it remains a titular see of the Roman Catholic Church. Its site is located near the modern town of Karakent in Burdur Province, Turkey.

Während der römischen Kaiserzeit unter Septimius Severus prägte Lysinia eigene Münzen. In der Spätantike war die Stadt Sitz eines Bischofs. Auf das Bistum geht das Titularbistum Lysinia der römisch-katholischen Kirche zurück. Die Ruinen der Stadt liegen auf dem Hügel Üyevik Burnu an der Westseite des Sees von Burdur. Erhalten sind mehrere Terrassen und die Basis einer Statue für Hadrian (eine Ehrung für Mark Aurel wurde verschleppt in Karakent gefunden). Reste einer Stadtmauer sind nicht vorhanden.
