Un mamak es un puesto callejero en el que sirve comida. La denominación es habitual en los países Sureste Asiático, en Indonesia se suele llamar particularmente mapley y en el que se sirven alimentos mamak. En Malasia el término mamak se refiere a los alimentos procedentes de la India musulmana, que es la comunidad que generalmente trabaja comercializando este tipo de comida.
