Manga Mito Kōmon (まんが水戸黄門) is a Japanese shōnen anime television series consisting of 46 episodes directed by . Loosely based on real life events of Tokugawa Mitsukuni, it is considered as a sort of remake of the successful jidaigeki drama Mito Kōmon filled with more fantastic elements.

Il titolo originale della serie è Manga Mitokōmon, ovvero "Mitokomon a fumetti", giacché è ispirata ad un personaggio storico del Giappone medievale, ovvero Tokugawa Mitsukuni, signore (più precisamente "daimyō") di Mito tra il XVII e il XVIII sec. e soprannominato appunto Mitokomon. Seppur riscritta per la tv, la trama della serie ricalca piuttosto fedelmente la leggenda di Mitokomon, erroneamente definito shōgun nella versione italiana. (it)
