Mario Fermín Cabral y Báez (Baní, 1877–Santo Domingo, 1961) was a politician from the Dominican Republic. He was Senator for the Province of Santiago, and also the President of the Senate of the Dominican Republic three times: 1914–1916, 1930–1938, 1955.

Él enviudó y casó con María Josefa Tavares Tineo, con quien engendró a: Altagracia Amelia Cabral Tavares. Él también procreó extramaritalmente con Sixta América Stéfani, una italodominicana, otra hija: Dulce Enilda Altagracia Cabral Stéfani (1925–2008). (es)
