Mick Ukleja (born April 28, 1948) is an American author, consultant and philanthropist. Ukleja is the President and CEO of LeadershipTraQ, a leadership and management consultancy based out of Los Alamitos, California. He is founder of the Ukleja Center for Ethical Leadership at the College of Business Administration at California State University, Long Beach, where he also serves on the Governing Council. Ukleja was honored by CSULB in 2006 as a Distinguished Alumnus by the College of Liberal Arts, and also in 2002 when he received the President's Distinguished Service Award from former president Robert Maxson.
