Micromyrtus placoides is a plant species of the family Myrtaceae endemic to Western Australia. The sometimes widely spreading multi-branched shrub typically grows to a height of 0.5 to 2.3 metres (1.6 to 7.5 ft). It is found on plains, hills and ridges in a small area in the Mid West region of Western Australia between Geraldton and Cue where it grows in gravelly sandy or clay soils over laterite or granite.
