El Ministerio de Justicia y Derechos Humanos de Chile (MinJusticia) es el ministerio de Estado encargado esencialmente de relacionar al Poder Ejecutivo con el Poder Judicial, de fomentar y promocionar los derechos humanos y de ejecutar las acciones que le encomienden la ley y el presidente de la República. Desde el 11 de marzo de 2022, la socióloga Marcela Ríos Tobar ocupa el cargo de ministra de Justicia y Derechos Humanos, mientras que Haydee Oberreuter Umazabal la titularidad de la Subsecretaría de Derechos Humanos, y Jaime Gajardo Falcón ocupa la titularidad en la Subsecretaría de Justicia, actuando bajo el gobierno de Gabriel Boric.
