Mirokhan is one of the oldest tehsils situated in Qambar Shahdadkot District (Previously Larkana District) of Sindh province of Pakistan. It was established in 1915 and was considered to be the largest tehsil by area before the division of the Larkana district into Larkana and Qambar-Shahdadkot districts, its own division into Mirokhan and tehsils. Situated about 55 km away from the Indus valley's most famous site Mohenjo-daro, 27 km from Larkana. Mirokhan is famous for shrine of a great Islamic scholar and saint, Mian Hamidullah Huzuri (Huzuri Badshah).

Many people from different caste backgrounds live in the city including, Tunio, Bhatti, Gopang (Baloch), Magsi (Baloch), Chandio (Baloch), Laghari (Baloch) and Abro (Sindhi) casts. There are many villages in its surroundings, such as densely populated Nau Thaaro Wadho. Arzi Bhutto Square is considered as Mirokhan's business centre. (en)
