- Nandi Hills (Anglicised forms include Nandidurg and Nandydoorg) is an ancient hill station built by Ganga Dynasty in the Chikkaballapur district of Karnataka state. It is 10 km from Chickballapur town and approximately 60 km from Bengaluru. The hills are near the town Nandi. In traditional belief, the hills are the origin of the Arkavathy river, Ponnaiyar River, Palar River, Papagni River and Penna River. Watching the sunrise at Nandi Hills is popular with tourists. The first ever SAARC summit hosted by India was held at Nandi Hills in 1986. (en)
- Nandidrug, Nandidroog, Nandidurg és una fortalesa al cim d'unes muntanyes anomenades turons (Nandi Hills), de 1.504 metres d'altura, al (a Karnataka). El cim dels turons és pla i al centre hi ha un buit amb una construcció de fusta i un tanc d'aigua anomenat Amrita-sarovara o llac del nèctar, on es pot accedir per passos de pedra pels quatre costats. Aquesta fortalesa és considerada tradicionalment l'origen del riu Palar al costat est i el Arkavati a l'oest. (ca)
- La colina Nandi Durg o Nandidurg es un antiguo montículo fortificado, localizado en el sur de India, en el distrito de Kolar en el estado de Karnataka. Está a 4851 pies sobre el nivel de mar. La colina Nandidrug es conocida comúnmente como colinas Nandi, es la fuente de los ríos y Ponnaiyar. Las colinas Nandi deben su nombre a un antiguo templo a Nandi situado sobre esta colina. Este templo tiene la escultura de mil años de Nandi. Una efigie antigua de Shivá y el templo de Párvati también adornan esta colina. (es)
