Neolttwigi or nol-ttwigi (Korean: 널뛰기) is a traditional outdoor game of Korean women and girls that is typically enjoyed on traditional holidays such as Korean New Year, Chuseok, and Dano. Neolttwigi is similar to seesaw, except that participants stand on each end of the Neol (board) and jump, propelling the person opposite into the air. When performed as a spectacle, acrobatic tricks such as flips or skipping rope while in the air are often included. Neolttwigi also helped to alleviate the lack of exercise. - Neolttwigi adalah permainan jungkat-jungkit yang berasal dari Korea. Jungkat-jungkit adalah permainan sekaligus olahraga untuk wanita yang biasa dilakukan pada hari-hari libur tradisional seperti Seollal, Dano dan Chuseok. Papan jungkat-jungkit dibuat dari kayu tebal yang panjangnya 2 m dan lebar kurang lebih 70 cm. Alas jerami ditaruh di bawah papan bagian tengah.
