Neumayer-Station or Neumayer-Station II was a permanent German Antarctic research base on Atka Bay. It opened in 1992, replacing the old Georg-von-Neumayer-Station. On February 20, 2009, it was replaced by the new permanent research base Neumayer-Station III.

Sie war nach dem Geophysiker Georg von Neumayer benannt und wurde 1992 erbaut. Sie diente als Nachfolger der Georg-von-Neumayer-Station, die 1981 in etwa zehn Kilometer Entfernung errichtet worden war, und wurde am 20. Februar 2009 durch die Neumayer-Station III abgelöst. Het werd bevoorraad door de ijsbreker Polarstern dat ook een onderzoeksschip is. Het station was naar de Duitse geofysicus genoemd. Het onderzoeksstation werd geopend in 1992 en bleef tot 2009 actief waarna het vervangen werd door het Neumayer-Station III. (nl) La Base Neumayer II (en alemán: Neumayer-Station II) fue una estación de investigación permanente de Alemania ubicada en la en la Antártida. Se hallaba en la en la costa de la Princesa Marta de la Tierra de la Reina Maud. Fue inaugurada en marzo de 1992 y nombrada en homenaje al investigador polar alemán Georg von Neumayer (1826-1909). Como la Base Georg von Neumayer se estaba hundiendo en el hielo debido al calor que generaba, fue construida la Base Neumayer II para sustituirla, a 10 kilómetros sureste. El 20 de febrero de 2009 fue remplazada por la Base Neumayer III. (es)
