The North Fork Payette River (/peɪˈɛt/) is a river in western Idaho in the United States. It flows about 113 miles (182 km) southwards from the Salmon River Mountains to near Banks, where it empties into the Payette River, a tributary of the Snake River. It drains a watershed of 912 square miles (2,360 km2), consisting of mountains and forests, and valleys filled with large lakes and wetlands.

(en) Der North Fork Payette River ist der rechte Quellfluss des Payette River im Osten des US-Bundesstaates Idaho. Der Fluss entspringt in den . Er fließt durchweg in südlicher Richtung. Am Oberlauf befindet sich der Upper Payette Lake. Später durchfließt der North Fork Payette River den , an dessen Südufer die Ortschaft McCall liegt. Der Fluss durchquert anschließend das 80 km lange Long Valley, ein 440 m hoch gelegenes von Bergketten eingeschlossenes breites Becken. Am Südende des Hochtals wird der Fluss bei vom Cascade Dam zum 122 km² großen aufgestaut. Im Unterlauf durchschneidet der North Fork Payette River auf einer Strecke von 40 km das Gebirge.
