O Teatro Mágico (The Magical Theater, in free translation) is a Brazilian musical group, formed in 2003. It was created in the city of Osasco, São Paulo State by Fernando Anitelli and other seven artists, two being circus performers. The group's purpose goes beyond music and it is to bring literature, performing arts, politics and culture all to one place, with the intention of reaching as many people as possible. Despite involving many artistic performances, the group is popular with all audiences, independent of age or social class. Anitelli and the Magical Theater work without a record label and are supported mainly by the city of Osasco.

Além disso, é um projeto que reúne elementos do circo, do teatro, da poesia, da música, da literatura, da política e do cancioneiro popular, tornando possível a junção de diferentes segmentos artísticos numa mesma apresentação. As canções são inspiradas nas obras de Hermann Hesse, escritor alemão ganhador do Prêmio Nobel de Literatura que apresentou o conceito de teatro mágico em seu livro O Lobo da Estepe. Os integrantes da trupe se apresentam maquiados e vestidos de palhaço. Usam violões, guitarra, baixo, percussão, teclados, pianos elétricos, sintetizadores e bateria.
