As of 2013, the boundary for the district includes portions of Clackamas and Multnomah counties. The current representative for the district is Democrat Karin Power of Milwaukie. District 41 encompasses the cities of Milwaukie, Oak Grove, and the Portland neighborhoods of Sellwood, Eastmoreland, and part of Brentwood-Darlington. The district is relatively diverse in that it includes upscale, middle-class, and working-class neighborhoods.
