Paczkowski Lake is a retention reservoir which was constructed due to the flooding of the river Nysa Kłodzka's by the overflow of the lakes which have been part of the river, the reservoir is made up of two reservoirs, Kozielno and Topola, and is located on the border of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship and Opole Voivodeship. The main function of the reservoir is to protect the area against floods. The gravel pit in the reservoir works as an extraction of gravel. The water flow in the reservoir is also used for generating energy in both of the outflows there are dams. The full capacity of the reservoir is 42,9 million m³.

| - Der Jezioro Paczkowskie (Patschkauer Stausee) ist ein Stausee in Polen. Er staut nordwestlich der Stadt Paczków die Glatzer Neiße (Nysa Kłodzka) und ist der dritte seiner Art am Mittellauf dieses oft Hochwasser führenden Flusses. Der Jezioro Paczkowskie besteht aus einer Kaskade von zwei Stauseen:
* Der Stausee Kozielno (Zbiornik Kozielno) liegt drei Kilometer nordwestlich von Paczków und ist der obere der beiden Seen. Er befindet sich etwa hälftig auf dem Gebiet der Woiwodschaften Oppeln und Niederschlesien.
* Unmittelbar nordwestlich daran schließt sich der Stausee Topola (Zbiornik Topola). Dieser liegt auf dem Territorium der Landgemeinde Kamieniec Ząbkowicki in der Woiwodschaft Niederschlesien. Die im See befindliche Insel bildet ein Rückzugsgebiet für Wasservögel. Der Jezioro Paczkowskie wurde zwischen 1995 und 2003 errichtet. Beide Seen dienen dem Hochwasserschutz, als Wasserreservoire, der Stromerzeugung und der Erholung. Podstawową funkcją zbiorników jest ochrona przeciwpowodziowa. Żwirownia w dalszym ciągu funkcjonuje wydobywając żwir z obszaru jeziora. Spiętrzanie wody w zbiorniku wykorzystywane jest także do celów energetycznych, u wylotu każdego z nich znajduje się elektrownia wodna. Pojemność całkowita zbiornika wynosi 42,9 mln m³. (pl)
