Bei der risikogerechten Projektbewertung werden im Rahmen einer Risikoanalyse alle relevanten Projektrisiken identifiziert und mittels Wahrscheinlichkeitsverteilungen quantitativ beschrieben. Dies ermöglicht es, im Anschluss mit Hilfe eines Modells den risikogerechten Wert eines Projektes zu ermitteln. Eine Projektbewertung kann auch für ein Projektrating genutzt werden.
