GS Prosotsani is a football club based in Prosotsani, Greece. It was founded in 1970.In 2007 they managed to gain promotion to National C Division (Football League 2 or Gamma Ethniki). They were relegated in 2008. There is also a fan club, Eftixismenoi Mazi, which supports the team. It was founded in 1995.

Η ποδοσφαιρική ομάδα του συλλόγου διεξάγει τους εντός έδρας αγώνες της στο Δημοτικό Στάδιο Προσοτσάνης «Γεώργιος Μακρής» χωρητικότητας 1.260 θεατών (660 καθήμενοι). Μετά από 28 χρόνια στην Α' Ε.Π.Σ., 6 χρόνια στη Β΄ Ε.Π.Σ., και 3 χρόνια στο Περιφερειακό την περίοδο 2006-2007 κέρδισε τη συμμετοχή της στο πρωτάθλημα του Βορείου ομίλου της Γ΄ Εθνικής κατηγορίας.Τελικά το 2008 υποβιβάστηκε στη Δ' Εθνική. Την περίοδο 2012-13, η ομάδα υποβιβάστηκε στην Α' ερασιτεχνική κατηγορία, μετά από 9 χρόνια παρουσίας στις εθνικές κατηγορίες. (el)
