Pyrgulopsis carinifera is a species of minute freshwater snails with an operculum, aquatic gastropod molluscs or micromolluscs in the family Hydrobiidae. This species' natural habitat is springs. It is endemic to springs in the Moapa Valley, southern Nevada, United States.
