Qudshanis or Kochanes (Syriac: ܩܘܕܫܢܝܣ Qūdšānīs, Syriac pronunciation: [quˈt͡ʃɑ.nɪs]; Kurdish: Qoçanis, Turkish: Konak or Koçanis), is a small village in Hakkâri Province, Turkey. The village is situated about 20 km (12 mi) northeast of the provincial capital Hakkâri in the southeastern corner of Turkey, near the borders of Iran and Iraq, in the Upper Barwari region. In 2018, the population was 19. The village has since then been populated by Kurds from the Pinyaniş tribe.
