Queenswood Country Park is the only designated country park in the county of Herefordshire. A tourist attraction on Dinmore Hill, it has two components. Its arboretum is a 47-acre (0.19 km2) tree collection with over 1,200 rare and frequently exotic trees. Queenswood ancient woodland is a 123-acre (0.50 km2) lightly coppiced woodland to maintain a semi-natural habitat which is designated a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) and Local Nature Reserve (LNR). The site is managed by a partnership between Herefordshire Wildlife Trust and New Leaf.
